Sound Healing

We are created from the planets, from the elements and from the stars, each having their own frequency.

Every muscle, every organ, every cell in our body is in vibration.

We are born with our own resonant frequency,
our own unique sound.

When we are sick, injured, stressed or depressed; some part of us has gone out of tune and in order for health and wellness to be restored, we must find our way back to that resonant frequency.

We are made of sound.

There are so many forms of sound healing!

All of my sound healing events and healing sessions are intuitively guided, spirit led and use a wide variety of sound tools to create the frequencies and vibrations that encourage your body, mind and soul to relax, let go and to remember how to heal itself.

These sound journeys can be an intense out of body experience while simultaneously bringing you deeply back to yourself.

Some of the tools I use are planetary tuning forks (Acutonics), Planetary gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, bells, rattles, Monochord instruments and chimes.

Private Events

I offer private, individually curated group Sound Healing experiences for your next event.

Each event is customized according to your theme, intention and needs in order to create a beautiful, powerful and transformational experience for everyone present.

Whether you are hosting a retreat, a conscious festival or corporate event or planning a birthday celebration, baby blessing or a gathering for friends and family at your home, sound healing can be the perfect addition to make your event even more special.

Individualized, private, full immersion sound baths and vibrational healing treatments are available in my office in Bayside, Ca.

Each session is unique and created according to your individual needs, intentions and healing goals.

Using a blend of tuning forks, sound instruments, energy work and body work, my intention is to create a deeply relaxing, healing, expansive and transformational experience.

Gong baths for couples and small groups are also available at my office.
